    Used with youtube videos and to let my kid kind of mimic me when I'm playing Ring Fit Adventure. The ring does feel like it's going to break/crack but it hasn't at all. No marks, no cracks, no weird noises. My only point of comparison is to the ring that comes with Ring Fit Adventure, so I guess I'm comparing it to a very high quality one which may not be fair. The ring that comes with that game basically costs more than this entire set. So with that in mind, I think it's a great value for the money.

    The resistance bands have been a godsend and I use them while on my vibe plate and using Wii Fit U for workout guidance. The ball has been strong and even kept my fat, 296 lbs arse bouncing safely.

    I love this set. I work from home, so I am constantly trying to find ways to stay in shape without having to drive to the gym. I don't want to buy a ton of equipment – I don't have the room and don't want to spend the money. I heard from several people that the BEST menopause workout is pilates, so I've been wanting to try it. This set is amazing – it gives you everything you need to get a full body workout. It is a great value for the money. It is excellent quality and super easy to use. I wish they included a booklet of exercises, but it is easy enough to look on my phone and get some. I love that it all fits in the little bag, so it is easy to put away or grab and go. You could toss this in your suitcase and get a full workout in your hotel room, camping, or whatever.
