I dropped it one star because (and this may sound picky) the carrying bag for the ring seems to be designed for a 12" ring, not a 14". The ring sticks out of the top of the bag.     this hoop when i was searching for one was concerned with the strength of the hoop. But this hoop is very sturdy and strong. The padding all around makes for comfort while using. The plastics on the side are very helpful. This hoop comes with a pack of hoop exercises to do with the hoop. Which i had not noticed that it wane with.
