Does this solar-powered outdoor camera require a subscription to a cloud storage service to work?

Of course not. Our base station comes with a 64GB memory card, so you can record and view past footage without a subscription. Plus, with twice the capacity of a 32GB card, you can record even more video!

Does this security system require a Wi-Fi connection?

Yes, this is necessary. The package includes one Ethernet cable for connecting to your router. Of course, you can also use the base station to connect to Wi-Fi. We support both the 5 GHz and 2.4 GHz bands and are compatible with most home routers.

What is the purpose of the offline backup cache feature?

If your home’s internet goes out, your outdoor cameras will still record and back up footage for review once restored, Therefore, you don’t need to worry about any security issues caused by internet disruptions.
