This is a great yoga mat and very comfortable to use! It’s not overly thick so even my 8 yr old loves using it. It’s durable and doesn’t slip as bad as most thick mats do.

This mat is great. It is really long actually and the price is great . It is really thick and to me works great the color is nice.

I am very happy with this mat. The price point was great. I can do my exercises without any issues. It seems well made and should last with care. I also like how it rolls up and has an elastic carrying strap.

I needed a new mat that was grippy – that would neither slide across the floor nor would my hands/feet slide on it when practicing yoga. As soon as I received it, I opened it to give it a try. While the mat did hold fast on my LVP floor, my hands easily slipped across it when I tried a down dog. I immediately repackaged it for return.

Negatives:
I'd be bound to fall when either my feet or hands slipped during a pose.

Positives:
It did not slide on the floor.
It does seem like a well-made mat.
It did feel comfortable – not too thin, not too thick.
The carry strap is a nice addition, but I doubt it would last long.
The color was quite pretty.
