The number of loops attached gives you a variety of options for stretching which is helpful if you are trying to improve your range of motion. Perhaps you would like to learn how to do a split, in which case practicing with these stretch straps from Azurelife would help. You can't go wrong with a basic black color either. There is no padding which I wouldn't expect anyway. For the price point and capability, I would recommend this product very easily.
