Why is my new water pump completely dead with no reaction or vibration?

The internal rotor may be stuck at a “balance point”. Just give it a firm shake, or remove, clean, and reinsert it to get it working perfectly! For removal, please refer to the “Water Pump Troubleshooting” video in the product description

What if the pump, light, or other accessories stop working? Do I have to replace the whole tank?

Not at all! We stock all individual parts. If any accessory (light, pump, heater, etc.) is defective, just let us know. We will ship a Free Replacement to you immediately. No need to return the broken part!

I’m worried my small fish might get stuck against the intake vents
