    Mainly i bought this product for my DR sessions, the quality is super good and product also excellent i’m using every day. Mainly i have to mention the 2lb dumbuls , different type of resistance bands like heavy, medium and light, one ball and one ring all are purple color and great quality.

    Set provides a lot of items in one set to get started. I was interested in trying the ring, which was my main reason for getting the set.

    Can definitely feel muscles being used when performing moves with the ring. It provides solid resistance. Ring is cushioned and comfortable to use. Weights are easy to handle and use.

    Items all fit inside the box (except for ball once inflated) for storing while not in use.

    I had issues following some of the exercises, especially the ones with the ring since this was my first experience with it. Some were very straight forward in positioning and movement, while others I could not figure out how to position the ring or how I was supposed to move from 1st position to 2nd.

    Great value in one kit for fans of pilates looking to add variety to their at home options.
