    i like that i can use for yoga and exercises etc but beware doing more hardcore exercise with shoes is bound to tear the mats surface. i learned it the hard way. it’s slippery on my tile floors so i do it on concrete outside, in the garage or on a carpet to prevent slippage. overall, it’s a nice mat, i like that it comes with its own velcro strap to roll it right back up and close it right after usage.

    Originally I bought a different yoga mat from Amazon but my payment tried to go through on an expired card so I had to reorder. That's when I came across this yoga mat, and I am extremely happy that I did. This yoga mat was about $2 more than the original one and about 4x thicker! This mat is super thick and comfortable, which if you do yoga you already know is extremely important. There's little wavy indents that keep me from slipping and help hold my balance. It also came with a carrying strap included. All in all I'd say this yoga mat is definitely worth the price and I'm happy with my purchase, I'll be ordering a second one for my daughter for Christmas.
