How much food can the feeder deliver at one time?
One portion is approximately 20ml (≈10g), and up to 20 portions can be served per meal. The feeder can serve 8 meals per day.
How often should the desiccant be changed?
It is recommended to change the desiccant every month. Homerunpet App will send a notification when it’s time to change the desiccant.
How long do the batteries last?
The feeder requires LR20 batteries, which can last for around six months. When connected to a power cord, the feeder operates on electricity, and the batteries serve as a backup in case of a power outage.
How do I connect the app?
To connect the app:
Open the ‘Homerunpet’ App and click the ‘+’ icon to add a device (while the LED light flashes blue).
Select the available 2.4GHz network and enter the password.
Wait for the configuration to complete.
Can the feeder detect food clogs during feeding?
Yes, it can. The Homerunpet App will send a notification if there’s a food clogging issue. To enable this feature, open the App, go to Advanced Settings, and turn on the clog detection sensor.
