I bought the WFLGT Y180 adjustable weight bench and it’s worth every penny. This is the 1st bench I’ve ever bought. I took my time researching benches and looking at reviews and this one just kept catching my eye. It was affordable and the reviews, even though few in number, were solid. It came and the packing was intense. Loved how secure it was. Everything was perfect. I looked at the instructions and at first they overwhelmed me but as I read them they were not bad at all. I also used the QR code scan and watched the video which further helped to clarify a few steps. The bench didn’t take long to put together and it’s solid. It doesn’t make noise or clink when used. I’m so impressed with this. I’m so happy with my choice! Now I just need to set it up in my workout area.

    I own a lot of fitness equipment, so I've tried plenty of benches. This one is hands down the best. Every adjustment knob feels premium, the padding is thick and comfortable, and the design is just smart. The best part is pull the lever and the backrest angle adjusts instantly, no cranking or twisting like my old bench. And there's even a height adjustable support tube on the foot bar. Easy to clean, rock solid, no wobble, and I feel completely safe pushing heavy weight. Worth every penny！

    Best 3 part adjustable bench for the price! Been looking for a while thats got a fair price point and I was skeptical at first but when I built and used the bench, I was amazed by the quality and the stability it offers as well as an adjustable head rest that you can use for multiple functions. 100% made the right choice vs the similar benches in the market that are at least $600 or more!
