This is a great bench for the price you can buy it. I have been using this bench for over 3 months and I love it.

it arrived. It was very easy to take out the box and put it together in about 30mins. They even give you the tools to put it together but I used mine because it was faster.

The durability of this bench is very nice. I can bench press 345lbs and this bench held up just fine and nice.

I do a lot of different exercises with this bench so it’s very versatile. When you adjust the height you can do dumbbell work and cable work.

The size is perfect as well for someone who is 6”2, I can comfortably fit on the bench with no issues.

Once you assemble the bench you do not have to worry about the stability. Once you screw the bolts in, it will not wobble from side to side like some benches I had in the past.

The pad feels good when you are laying down on it as well. It is a nice balm e between hard and soft.

Cleaning is a breeze as well just wipe it down when you are done.

The pads does not crack or shrink since I had it so that is also a plus.

When done you can leave it flat or roll it up against a wall to save space💪

I'm 5' 10" 185lbs. Not a very big guy. I searched adjustable benches trying to find something that is durable & safe. Most other benches at this price range just didn't look stable enough to use 75lb dumbbells or more with. This bench has an extremely thick steel build. Very good welds & feels safe & stable when using it even on carpet. It's going nowhere & it'll probably outlast me. I was concerned about some reviews saying it has a narrow backrest…it doesn't affect it in any way & widens to about 12" from the lower ribcage to the seat. I don't wobble at all & I do not work my core. (I need to ) there's like 10 different positions for the incline & the seat can be raised. Instead of 2 skinny bars holding the backrest theres one 6" wide brace that runs the whole way down & there's 2 steel arms that lock in ( maybe 1/4 thiick steel) it's pretty much 90% assembled & the wrenches are provided. They're cheap & fit loosely but I'd guess that'd help not to overtighten the seat bolts.( anchor into wood) I'm completely happy i stumbled on this bench especially with the price being way less than other comparable benches costing around $400.
If you're looking for a diesel bench for the home gym. I recommend this bench. It's going to outlast me.

Great bench for the money. The metal frame is sturdy and well put together. The only lower quality part is the cushion itself but that can be replaced for super cheap when it wares out in a few years. But even so, it’s holding up just fine, and I abuse it and leave it outside.

All around GREAT especially considering the price.

This bench from Major Fitness is great. The price point is reasonable. It can do everything that one would expect from an incline bench. It is rugged and well designed. My weight room is in a small area. This bench is surprisingly easy to move. It can be stood vertical, moved where ever it is needed. So the wheels on the bottom supports are also very well designed. I am very happy with it.

You are getting so much more than you are paying for. This is a solid bench. It doesn't rock and the joints are tight. The cover on the padding is rugged. The assembly was easy. I have no complaints.

This bench is beautifully built, strong, very beefy, and versatile. It is easy to assembly and will take all you give. Changing the seated position to flat bench, or anything in between is easy, reliable and strong.
