The assistance band is a great feature!
The detachable resistance band is a GREAT feature of this ab roller from VINSGUIR. It lets you do resistance-assisted ab rolls if you don't yet have the strength to do them unassisted, so it's a REALLY great way to gradually build up ab strength. The knee pads are comfy, the rubber coated handles feel nice in the hands without any uncomfortable pressure points, and the wheel rolls smoothly. I'm enjoying having this in my home workout toolkit. At around $20 this is an excellent value so I would gladly recommend it!
